The name Riga Rose comes from my family history. I have always valued the past and in my art I attempt to keep the "flavor" of earlier artisans while developing my own style. I am privileged to live in a beautiful area of Northern California just above the Sierra Foothills with my wonderful family. We are surrounded by the fantastic beauty of nature, my constant inspiration.
